Chris Higgs - Columbus, Ohio

If I were introducing myself, I might steal AMP’s old line from back in the film school days; he would tell people he worked in agriculture, that he was developing a hybrid between a horse and a cow, he called it a “How.”

I wouldn’t tell the story about the time CSP got so mad at me he nearly swung a fist - all over my communist reading of Gary Ross’s film Pleasantville.

I could say I produced a movie for film_geek once, but that title would be dubious.

Born in Kansas, raised in Wyoming, I've lived through snow in Vegas, chased dreams in Hollywood, slept in West Africa, cried in the Sahara, and earned a graduate degree in Nebraska.

By vocation I teach at University, by passion I write prose.

The greatest advice I could give is this: consider the idea that your life may be a television show for someone else.
